About Jet's Pizza (Milwaukee & Greenwood)

In 1978, Jet's Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet's location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. They were about to make history by offering a truly, better pizza. And now, over 40 years later, we're at the top of the list when it comes to crave and taste. Try an authentic Detroit-Style pizza today. Only at Jet's.

Jet’s Pizza truly stands out, especially their Detroit-style deep dish, The crust is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with cheese and toppings. Every bite is full of flavor Definitely one of the best pizza experiences! Ordered from Jet’s Pizza and was blown away by the quality, Rich cheese, perfectly baked crust, and generous toppings & Worth every penny.

I ordered a square pizza consisting of four pieces. It was a deep-dish pizza and the appearance is debatable. But the taste convinced me, because the pizza with extra jalapenos was really delicious! You even could refine the preparation of the crust in terms of flavor, so I decided to have garlic in the dough, which was very good. I made my order through a third-party app that had a promo, which means pay one, get two. All in all, I was very satisfied with the value for money of my order.

I recently ordered from Jet’s Pizza via Uber Eats, and it was a letdown. The pizza arrived lukewarm, and the crust was soggy and barely edible. The toppings were sparse and lacked freshness, and the cheese tasted cheap—definitely not worth the high price. Honestly, Costco’s Detroit-style pizza outshines it with a crispier crust, better flavor, and a much lower cost. While the service through Uber Eats was fine, Jet’s failed to meet expectations. Given their reputation, I anticipated much better. Save your money and choose Costco’s pizza instead.

I placed an order using the mobile app and completed the online process before heading to the store for pickup. Since I had ordered a well-done pizza, I expected a slight delay for proper preparation. The site indicated my order was “ready for pickup” after about 25 minutes, but this turned out not to be the case. The store itself was well-lit, and there were several staff members behind the counter, which initially seemed like a good sign. However, this quickly proved deceiving. After waiting a few minutes for assistance, I provided my name to the first team member, who appeared uncertain and began scrambling, asking others for help. A team lead eventually informed me they needed another 10 minutes because the first attempt at my order had been messed up. I pointed out that the site showed my order as ready, but they explained it wasn’t. Since parking at the plaza is difficult, I was double-parked and decided to wait in my car. About 8–10 minutes later, I returned after finding a spot, only to wait again for assistance. I noticed others being told to wait, too, which seemed to be a recurring theme—though it’s possible they had arrived early. Watching the kitchen operations, it b
